The vacuum suction cup sucks out the paper box from the paper box rack, slightly opens the paper box at the stopper, and then transfers the paper box to the conveyor belt. The paper box is fully opened by the baffle on the conveyor belt. For the convenience of explaining the movement process of the mechanism, auxiliary mechanisms such as pneumatic control circuits are omitted, and air valves are used to control vacuum suction cups to achieve the grabbing and placing of paper boxes.

The process steps of the vertical candy packaging machine are as follows: 

The first step of the candy automatic box packing machine is to pause the suction cup at the suction box position for a period of time (this is the time for the suction cup to suction the paper box), and then suck out the paper box from the paper box rack. 

Step 2 of candy packaging machine: Control the suction cup to move towards the center of rotation to slightly open the paper box under the action of the stopper (at this time, as flattened paper boxes may stick together, slightly opening the paper box is beneficial for the third step). 

Step 3 of the vertical candy packaging machine: Control the suction cup to move towards the center of rotation to ensure that the paper box can be stuck between the baffle and the conveyor chain. Design the distance between the suction cup and the center of rotation to ensure that the speed of the paper box in the horizontal direction matches the speed of the conveyor belt, thereby ensuring that the paper box can be opened smoothly when the baffle moves to the horizontal position. 

Step 4 of candy packaging machine: Release the suction cup from the paper box and start another cycle.
